EVENT FORMAT
Season-long Single Elimination Match Play Tournament
18-hole matches
Scratch format (no handicaps)
All matches played from Green Tees
TOURNAMENT TIMELINE
Registration Deadline: April 15
Bracket Draw: Sunday, April 19
Tournament Start: First week of May (Tentative) and will run throughout the Spring/Summer
ELIGIBILITY
Must be an Advantage Pass holder
Must be 18+ and out of high school
ENTRY
No entry fee
Cart fees apply unless pass holder
MATCH SCHEDULING
Players contact opponent
Schedule finalized after bracket draw based on entries
Each round assigned a minimum two-week window or more
Good faith effort required to complete match
SCORECARD OPTION (LAST RESORT)
If unable to schedule, play independently
Witness required
Hole-by-hole scoring required
Winner determined via simulated match play – turn scorecard into Pro Shop
FORFEITS
Failure to schedule may result in forfeit
Missed deadlines may result in disqualification
